Since being crowned Sun Page 3 Idol in December 2006, Manchester-born Sam Cooke quickly established herself as a men’s magazine cover star, fronting Maxim, Loaded, Nuts and Zoo amongst others.
Sam is also a trailblazing fundraiser for Breast Cancer Campaign and recently raised over £5,000 with a 10,000ft skydive, with more high-adrenalin feats planned this year.
The former architecture student has also produced best-selling calendars’ for 2008, 2009, 2010 and of course her 2011 calendar which is already selling like hotcakes! She has also fronted PR campaigns for Ladbrokes, Samsung and several other High Street brands.
Sam has always had a love of music – and nightclubs! – and during 2008, she channelled her passion for music into learning how to mix. Since then, she has been training solidly and since officially ‘playing out’ in early 2009 she has received amazing reactions.
Playing a well thought out mix of all things House, she has quickly and successfully launched herself into the worldwide DJ arena. Having already reached as far as China for 2 gigs; BCM, Mallorca; LIV, Miami; Little Buddha, Hurghada as well as several gigs in Italy and an abundance of UK gigs including Ministry of Sound and a major corporate event for Vodafone / Phones 4 U, Sam has quickly established herself as a serious credible DJ, consistently proving herself and her DJ talents. So much so, in early 2011 she landed the role as official DJ for worldwide mega-brand Hed Kandi, they are also lining her up to present their various TV / film projects.
